I’m Earlyn K. Lalgee, a counselor and life coach with a passion for guiding individuals like you toward growth, healing, and success. My journey in the field of mental health spans over a decade, fueled by a deep desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practices. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Couples Therapy, and Grief Counseling. I’m committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and build the confidence to move forward.
